On Friday 21st February the Department of Educational Science had the pleasure of hosting a PhD- defense where Colin Loughlin defended his thesis, 'The Unintentional Lecture - The place of large-class teaching in contemporary higher education', in great conversation with professor Max Scheja from Stockholm University. 

The research explores students', academic teachers', and university leaders’ views on large-class lecturing. Congratulations Doctor Loughlin!
